Listen to a great conversation with Dr. Scott Rausch about the little and big things parents may not be thinking about that make a difference in the academic and social experience of teenagers and young adults who live on campus.  Some of these issues and tips will surprise you.

Dr. Rausch oversees all of the programmatic and educative efforts for Emory’s over 4,400 residential students. In addition to serving residential students Scott also has passions in retention/persistence work, organizational development, and change theory.

Prior to Emory, Scott worked in similar roles at Vanderbilt University (Nashville, TN), Acadia University (Wolfville, Nova Scotia), and the University of the Pacific (Stockton, CA). He is a proud alum of Indiana University, Sacred Heart University, and Vanderbilt University.
